Garanties​

At STERCKEMAN, all our caravans come with a 2-year parts and labor warranty. We take special care with our products: that’s why we offer you a 7-year waterproof warranty (according to Sterckeman warranties: see conditions in our network).

Spare parts

In addition to our STERCKEMAN warranties, through our distributor network, we provide you with our After-Sales Service: TRIGANO SERVICE, a European platform specifically dedicated to the management of spare parts. TRIGANO SERVICE covers an operational area of 20.000 m², managing a total of 50.000 references, of which 30.000 are kept in stock. More than 10.000 km are traveled each year in the warehouses for the preparation of the 90.000 orders received, which represent 1.000 tons shipped.
